Maar wat zijn dat nu eigenlijk? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Koolhydraten is een verzamelnaam voor suikers, zetmeel en vezels. We hebben ze nodig: vezels zijn bijvoorbeeld goed voor de darmen. Maar niet alle koolhydraten zijn gezond.<\/p>\n<h3>Onbewerkte koolhydraten<\/h3>\n<p>Bij ongeraffineerde koolhydraten zitten de goede voedingsstoffen verpakt in vezels. Ze komen voor in volkoren producten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volkorenbrood en volkoren crackers<\/li>\n<li>Havermout<\/li>\n<li>Zilvervliesrijst<\/li>\n<li>Peulvruchten<\/li>\n<li>Aardappelen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bewerkte koolhydraten<\/h3>\n<p>Bij bewerkte koolhydraten kunt u denken aan suikers, zoals rietsuiker. Ze worden verwerkt in bijvoorbeeld koek en snoep. Ze zijn lekker, maar ongezond en bieden geen voedingsstoffen.<\/p>\n<h3>Tips van de di\u00ebtist<\/h3>\n<p>Wist u dat er wel 50 verschillende soort namen voor suiker zijn? Dat maakt het lastig om bij het kopen van producten te letten op de suikers die er in zitten. In de video hieronder vertelt onze di\u00ebtist Marja er meer over.
