Maar wat is goede voeding nu precies?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Goede voeding biedt het lichaam de voedingsstoffen die het nodig heeft. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn: koolhydraten, vetten, eiwitten, vitamines en mineralen, vezels en vocht.<\/p>\n<h4>Schijf van Vijf<\/h4>\n<p>Het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voedingscentrum.nl\/nl.aspx\">Voedingscentrum<\/a> geeft adviezen en betrouwbare informatie die helpt om gezonde voedingskeuzes te maken. De Schijf van Vijf geeft een richtlijn voor wat u het beste kunt eten. Algemene richtlijnen voor gezonde voeding zijn:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Eet elke dag minstens 250 gram groente en twee porties fruit.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik vooral onverzadigde vetten.<\/li>\n<li>Eet elke week maximaal 500 gram vlees (waarvan maximaal 300 gram rood vlees). En minimaal 1x vette vis en 1x vegetarisch.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik zoveel mogelijk volkoren producten.<\/li>\n<li>Drink elke dag 1,5 tot 2 liter te drinken.<br \/>\nLet op! U kunt rekening bijvoorbeeld houden met de vetten die u gebruikt, de hoeveel suiker, zout en koolhydraten.
