De fysiotherapeut in de zaal kijkt samen met u hoe u uw sport weer het beste kunt oppakken.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In dit artikel leest u enkele aandachtspunten om op te letten bij het sporten.<\/p>\n<h3>Wat mag wel en wat mag niet?<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Soms krijgt u van uw cardioloog of behandelend arts het advies om bepaalde dingen niet te doen. Deze adviezen verschillen voor ieder persoon en iedere diagnose. Het is vooral belangrijk dat u een sport kiest die u leuk lijkt. Deed u al een sport? Dan kunt u meestal tijdens of na de revalidatie weer hiermee beginnen. Denk aan lange stukken fietsen of een wandeltocht in de bergen. Als u tijdens uw revalidatie op vakantie gaat, is het verstandig om met het zaalteam te bespreken wat u tijdens uw vakantie aan beweging en\/of sport kunt doen. Dingen die vroeger vanzelf gingen, moet u nu misschien rustig opbouwen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Bewegen en sporten op hoogte (in de bergen) is zwaarder voor uw hart. De luchtdruk is anders en er is minder zuurstof aanwezig in de lucht. Bent u van plan om (weer) in de bergen te gaan sporten of bewegen? Bespreek dit dan met het zaalteam of met uw cardioloog.
