Dat betekent ook: niet teveel zitten en niet te lang achter elkaar zitten. Afwisselen met voldoende beweging is belangrijk voor de gezondheid van uw hart.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zelfs als u voldoende beweegt (de richtlijn is <a href=\"https:\/\/caprihr.nl\/kb\/bewegen-en-hart-en-vaatziekten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">150 minuten matig intensieve beweging<\/a>), is het verstandig om niet te veel te zitten. <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-contrast=\"none\">Het advies is om elk half uur even te bewegen. Een tot twee minuten is al voldoende. Haal op kantoor eens koffie op een andere verdieping, zodat u de trap een keer extra op en neer moet.
