Wanneer u gezond eet, helpt u uw lichaam te herstellen. Ook kan gezonde voeding het risico op hart- en vaatziekten verlagen. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Vaak denken we niet echt na over wat we precies eten. Daarom is het goed om af en toe ook plantaardig te eten. Of een of twee keer in de week vis te eten in plaats van vlees. Het advies is namelijk om twee keer per week vis te eten. Plantaardige vervangers voor vlees zijn o.a. peulvruchten, ongezouten noten en tofu. Koop je een kant- en klare vleesvervanger? We hebben dus vet nodig. Vooral onverzadigde vetten zijn gezond. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Het vervangen van verzadigd vet door onverzadigd vet verlaagt het LDL-cholesterolgehalte in je bloed en verkleint daarmee het risico op hart- en vaatziekten. Plantaardige en vloeibare vetten (bijv. olie, noten, margarine of\u00a0vis) zijn voor het grootste gedeelte onverzadigd. Zeker in frisdrank, maar ook in vruchtensap of alcoholische drankjes zitten veel calorie\u00ebn. Probeer daarom vooral water te drinken. Wist je bijvoorbeeld dat in een glas sinaasappelsap van 200 ml al gauw vijf suikerklontjes zitten? Een stuk fruit eten is gezonder. Dan krijgt u ook de vezels binnen.
